Bug description:
version 7.0-20130622-231037-1 (nightly Debian package)
Context: Issues are handled by email.
Alice: Client having an issue.
Bob: Support staff, replying to her.
Alice writes to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. When Bob replies to her, both
"from" and "reply-to" are set to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. At least "reply-
to" should be set to "support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx", so that Alice can easily
answer to the same address. Even the "from" address would make sense
as "support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx", depending on the processes.
(Maybe it is already possible to configure this correctly, but I could
not find out, how.)
