  [trunk/7.0][addons] Error on chart of accounts setup (install)

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Test on addons rev : 9438

  Steps to reproduce:
  Install database without demo data
  Install "account" addon
  On "Set Your Accounting Option" setup, select: "Custom" and "Your Company"
  ...but the next error occurs :
