Title:
  Warnings app prevents none product items being added to purchase
  orders

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  1) If the "Warning Messages and Alerts" App / Module is installed you
  cannot add 'none products' to RFQ / Purchase orders

  eg Creating a purchase order for a one off  none stocked item eg
  delivery for a stocked item

  When filling in the mandatory purchase order line items I get to the
  UOM and whatever I enter / create / or leave blank, nothing works!

  also when I deselected...

  Settings>Configuration>Purchases>Supplier Features>Alerts by products
  or supplier

  ....it decided to uninstall the module (this might be right!)

  The only way I could find to trick it and keep both was to create a
  "Purchase Requisitions" first
