  V7 Project :  Time spent not computed

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed:
  I installed projects+ timesheet on a new database.
  I checked Record 'timesheet lines per tasks' in the settings of projects.

  I created a new project.
  I added a task with 10 hours initially planned.

  I added 5 hours in the work line in the previous task. The status of the task is 'design'. The task is ready for the next stage.
  The remaining time in the task is correctly computed (5hours).

  When I switch to the project view :

  The result I observed:
  planned time =0
  total time =0
  time spent =0

  The result I expected
  planned time =10
  total time =5
  time spent =5
