This is still fix committed and not fix released.

I have fixed it in attached branch on the bug report,

I will be soon reviewed and merged into stable and then it will available on the runbot.

  zero quantity in wizard in reception lines

Bug description:
  1.-to receive several products in one entry, if you let all quantities
  to zero generates a backorder and canceled order

  2.- The result you observed:
  the wizard does not validate that all the lines have quantity zero, and generate a backorder and a order canceled

  3.-The result you expected:
  the wizard validates who can not have all lines zero quantity

  4.-The platform your are using in runbot
  (Build 19480)
