  project manager mustn't delete team members in project configuration

Bug description:
  To Reproduce:

  - Install project module
  - create project
  - add team members
  - create user which is group project_manager
  - go to into configuration for created project and try to delete member with click of x

  
  None of the Project Managers can delete any team members in projects.

  FIX:

  let project manager on object res.user create, read, write and delete.
