  [Trunk]project issue : no attribute onchange_partner_id

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  Go to  Project > Projects >  Create project & assign 1 customer. Now save it & click on Issue button.
  On project issue : create new issue.

  Following error will appear:
