  [7.0/trunk] - Accounting error in l10n_fr on VAT : ACH-19.6

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  On tax  ACH-19.6, the appropriate account linked to it must be 44566
  instead of 445662 (which is dedicated to intra-european purchases).

  The wrong configuration for tax ACH-19.6 was introduced in this commit dated 2012-11-15 :
