  [7.0/trunk] error when re-generating opening entries

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Generate Opening Entries works the first time, but when a draft
  opening entry already exist, it fails with message "Error occurred
  while validating the field(s) line_id: You can only reconcile journal
  items with the same partner". It should be allowed (as in previous
  version) to Generate Opening Entries several times.

  How to reproduce:
  - use runbot v7
  - create Fiscal Year 2014
  - run Generate Opening Entries (close FY2013, open FY2014, use journal Opening Entries Journal - (test) (EUR))
  - it works the first time
  - run Generate Opening Entries a second time with same parameters
  -> "Error occurred while validating the field(s) line_id: You can only reconcile journal items with the same partner
