  click on "Continue", it is expected to show the following wizard called
  "Set Your Accounting Options", where you can select one of the three
  possible charts of accounts. But instead you return to the interface and
  nothing has been installed (account, taxes and so on).
  
  You have to enable "Technical Features" on the user, go to Settings >
  Technical > Configuration wizards > Configuration wizards, set as
  "Todo" the "Set Your Accounting Options" line and run it, obtaining the
  desired wizard.
