Well, it is a good thing, and it was set that way because we reported 
bugs with the previous setting in which the company_id of the standard 
currency was 1 (the default company).

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Add field company_id next line
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/7.0/view/head:/stock/stock.py#L1477

  Without default company next line
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/7.0/view/head:/stock/stock.py#L1480

  And not have this field "company_id" in view.

  This generate mixing informatión with multi-company users.
