Title:
  The work summary of the task is limited to a single user

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  STEPS:

  1.- Create 2 users with permiss of Project Manager and Employee.
  Users: 
  -demo1
  -demo2
  2.- Create 1 project with user demo1 called PROJECT 1.
  3.- Create 1 task with user demo1 and assign project: PROJECT 1. The task is: TASK1
  4.- Create work summary in TASK1 with user demo2.
  5.- Create work summary in TASK2 with user demo1.

  RESULT OBSERVED:

  Show Warning:

  -------------------------------
  Access Denied

  The requested operation cannot be completed due to security
  restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

  (Document type: Timesheet Line, Operation: write)

  RESULT ESPECTED:

  That user demo1 can add work summary to task TASK1 or any user can
  added work summary to TASK1 regardless that another user  added work
  summary.
