Hello Andreas,

Please check the report action closely, it has three different action
stock.picking (this is for internal moves), stock.picking.out(this is
for delivery slip ) , stock.picking.in (this is for shipment).

Please go through my attached video, that shows all are working fine. I have used two different actions and give their name as as out(stock.picking.out) and one as internal (stock.picking) . So first I generate the delivery slip then it will shows on attachment.
Then I printed the shipment its not shows me on document attachment , then after I was printed the internal picking and its stored on attachment.

So this is quite clear, please see attached video which will more clear
you.

  Picking List report not in Attachments

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The problem is that picking list PDFs are not shown in the outgoing
  shipment form.

  How to reproduce:
  ===================
  1. Goto Settings/Actions/Reports and choose report "stock.picking.list"
  2. Set the field "Save as Attachment Prefix" (e.g. to "test.pdf")
  3. Goto into the form of a Delivery Order
  4. Print the "Delivery Slip"

  Expected Result:
  =================
  The generated PDF is shown in the attachments as "test.pdf"

  Actual Result:
  =================
  The PDf is not shown, although the PDF has been generated. (It can be seen in the Documents menu)

  Assumed Problem
  ==================
  "Delivery Orders" has the special model "stock.picking.out", but the attachment has been stored as "stock.picking".
