  [trunk] Asset: Change duration button gives a traceback

Bug description:
  * After we confirm an asset, we get "Change Duration" button, when we click on it, it gives following traceback:
  File "/home/odoo/runbot/static/openerp-dev-trunk-16474/server/openerp/addons/account_asset/wizard/account_asset_change_duration.py", line 59, in fields_view_get
      node = doc.xpath("//field[@name='method_end']")[0]
  IndexError: list index out of range

  * Another issue is currency symbol appears twice on all amount fields.
