At the first look we can not say its bug, but we need to improve this.
So lets consider as a improvement and I am setting this to wishlist . We
will consider this as a future roadmaps.

Title:
  Mail-Routing-Problems in OpenERP V7

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  We noticed the following problems that should be solved in a future
  version of OpenERP:

  Problem 1:
  Mail not routed to mail-alias if mail-to-address is in BCC-Field of original e-Mail. Mails are lost if mail-to-address is stored in bcc-field !

  Problem 2:
  mail-aliases in OpenERP are case-sensivite. So an E-Mail can not be routed to an mail-alias if spelling of mail-alias is different then stored in the database-table. eg: abdc#domain.com <> Abcd@xxxxxxxxxx. So mails are lost if there is not an identical entry in mail-alias-table.

  Solution:
  Both problems could be solved, if there was a possibility to store a "default recipient" on an incoming email-account in OpenERP. So every incoming email for this account will be routed always to this default email-alias.
