  [trunk/7.0] Manual reconcile broken ?

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  instance used for my test :
  http://7-0-22057.runbot.openerp.com/?db=7-0-22057-base

  Create a customer invoice in February 2013
  (ensure the recevable account is ticked 'allow reconcile')

  Go to Accounting / Periodical processing / Manual reconcile

  Problem : I see no account move lines to reconcile
