[Bug 1167639] Re: Journal cannot be defaulted in Customer Invoice Form
I've tried to change this through code and it doesn't work. I've tried
inheriting the field and changing the default function. I've even tried
to change the default_get function on account.invoice module and nothing
helps. It will always be the first one by default... ??

Title:
Journal cannot be defaulted in Customer Invoice Form
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
Confirmed
Bug description:
I have 5 journals of type "sale". I have set the third journal in the
list to be the default. However, when new customer invoices are
created, the first journal in the list always gets applied.
Result observed: If the default journal is not the 1st one in the list
(the order is done on the Journal Code), then the default is not being
set.
Result Expected: The default (third journal in the list) should be
applied to the journal field.
For e.g.,
a. Be in the developer mode
b. set the following journals of type "Sale"
1. Code="EBay", Name="eBay"
2. Code="LS", Name="Local Sales"
3. Code="SAJ" Name="Sales Journal"
c. Create a new customer invoice and select "Sales Journal" in the journal field.
d. Set the default for all users for this field.
e. Discard the customer invoice.
f. Create a new customer invoice.
g. Note that the journal shows "eBay" instead of "Sales Journal"
