  [trunk/7.0] project.project name_get is incoherent and performance
  killer

Bug description:
  Hello

  project name_get  can be incoherent if ids of project of id and id of
  analytic account differs.

  Also the name get trigger a lot of browse on analytic account. 
  This launch computation of indicator and computed fields related to analytic accounts.  

  When you have a database with some history name search does not work
  any more has name_get take a lot of time
