  [7.0] point_of_sale: prevents account.banck.statement extensions

Bug description:
  The code in point_of_sale pos.session create method creates a new bank
  statement without providing an extension point to customize the
  default value, which breaks extension modules which add a new required
  field to account.bank.statement.
