[Bug 1245843] Re: fetchmail error import email to HR recrutment

 

i just use hr_recruitment and fetchmail module, basic OPENERP module

in configuration -> hr-recruitment module -> create appicant from
incoming email, i have set like this :

POP
name server : IP of my exchange 2010 server
port 995
SSL/TLS : active
user : domain\user
password : ****
create new record : applicant
priority : 5
keep attachment : active

When i test connection from button : no error. OPENERp create applicant
for 80% of incoming email and i dont understand whi sometimes not

where i can see fetchmail error logs ?

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I use OPENERP v7 and HR RECRUTEMENT module with fetchmail to create
  applicant from email. I configured in ressources humains module
  connector ton my exchange 2010 server in POP over SSL.

  I have some troubles witch fetchmail . most of time, fetchmail connect
  to mailbox, recover email and create applicant with information from
  email (subject, message, attachment...)

  but sometimes fetchmail recover email from mailbox (because email
  disappears from mailbox) but dont create applicant in HR RECRUTEMENT
  and i dont know why.... If a resend exactly same email later to
  mailbox and retry recover, it is sometimes OK, sometimes NOT

  so i don t understand why sometimes fetchmail fail to create
  applicant.

  i don see log ? where i can see or set log to understand the problem.
