Hello,

For 7.0, as mentioned before, this is not a problem when you got the
tree view in editable. You may be able to have it in popup view without
the stock module (but I was not able to find when) but it's not a bug in
itself, just a minor interface improvement.

For 8.0 (so current trunk) this will not be a problem anymore as the
make to stock/make to order concept will be replaced by routes.

I will then close this bug.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I think it's cool that in OpenERP v7 you can now install the sale
  module without installing the stock module. However, if the stock
  module is not installed, I think there is no point in asking for the
  procurement method as it should not be possible to pick "MTS". What do
  you think?

  See attached screenshot stock module not installed and it's still
  asking for the procurement method in the order line form view
  interface.
