As per with latest build I have checked this issue, but can't able to
reproduce any more, its working fine as expected. So, In meanwhile I am
marking it as "Fix released".

  Constraint Error while sending an email template with attachment

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  - install debian package openerp_7.0-20130515-231043-1_all
  - create a database with demo data
  - install Project Management
  - install Document Management System
  - go to Knowledge > Configuration > Document Management > Directories
  - select Create
  - fill in Name, Parent Directory Projects  and Type Static Directory
  - Save
  - go to Project > Projects
  - select a project
  - go to Documents
  - select Create
  - fill in Attachment Name, File Content and the Directory you created before
  - Save
  - go to Settings > Technical > Email > Templates
  - select Create
  - fill in Name, Applies to Project Issue Subject, body
  - select Advanced
  - select Attachments Add
  - add the document you created before as attachment for the project
  - Save
  - go to Project > Issues
  - Create an Issue
  - fill in Issue, Assigned to, Contact, Email Project
  - Save
  - open the issue you just created
  - select Send a message
  - select Open the full mail composer
  - select the template you created before
  - Send
  - again select Send a message
  - again select Open the full mail composer
  - again select the template you created before
  - again Send

  outcome: OpenERP Warning
  Constraint Error The filename must be unique in a directory !

  expected outcome: it should be possible to send a template with
  attachments assigned to a directory more than once
