I have seen your video, and did the same with latest trunk. But Its
working fine at my end. So, Please check it with latest code and
currently I am closing this issue but if you have this issue again then

Title:
  wrong email-address assigned when creating new issue

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I try to create a new issue, then there is always assigned a
  wrong email-address on the issue when I choose a partner of
  type="default" on the issue. Then there is always a e-mail-address
  taken from the contacts of that partner.
