Not a bug.
This new feature is only available on SaaS for now.

It will be available in next version of OpenERP.

Title:
  Recurring invoice can not being created

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Background Information:
  I installed an CRM & Contract Management modules only on the Web Portal and then in the locally installed Latest 7.0 OpenERP code. All the configurations and user rights as well as settings on the both are exactly same.

  Issue:
  When I created a contract on the web portal free Trial (https://www.openerp.com/start).I did get the option to select (checkbox) Generate Recurring Invoices Automatically.

  However when I created a contract on locally installed latest version
  7.0 of OpenERP, I did not get the option to select (checkbox) Generate
  Recurring Invoices Automatically.

  How do I then create recurring invoices automatically?
