Hello,

"Openerp_evernote" module is a part of the extra-addons, which is
maintained by the "Serpent Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd". SO, Would you
please contact to related author of this module? or I am assigning this
issue to that related author.

In the mean time, I am marking it as "Won't fix" to indicate that no
further progress is expected at the moment.

Bug description:
  Installation of opener-evernote
  In the wizard directory, the file project_task_create_note.py contains the following line

  "from  OpenERP_Evernote.create_evernote_atta import EvernoteUpload"

  This stops the module installation.
