Title:
  sale_order_dates  effective date depends must to be dependant from
  date_done of pickings and not date and date of pickings

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Withe the adoone : sale_order_dates.

  The  delivery effective date (in the second tab of sale order screen)
  must to be dependant from date_done of pickings and not date and date
  of pickings.

  The update of the effective date must be done when the picking is
  done.
