[Bug 1211241] Re: Merge Purchase Orders with the same product does not work correctly

This is a known limitation that we cannot fix until Odoo 8.
The reason is that when a purchase order line was initiated by a procurement order (typically coming from a sale order, a reordering rule or a manufacturing order), the procurement tracking *requires* a separate purchase order line.
If we change this, the rest of the procurement flow will be broken: the delivery order of the sale order will not be marked available, the components will not become available for the manufacturing order, etc.

So this limitation will stay until Odoo 8 - this improvement was
implemented as part of the new WMS system, and comes with a complete
revamp of the procurement workflow.

Updating status: I could mark it as resolved at version 8, but marking
Won't Fix to better indicate the status for 7.0 and earlier.
