Christophe:

I've a client wich is a Logistic Operator, his services cover from load
following and reception in port, transport to a franc free zone,
reception into warehouse, custody in warehouse furniture, output for
industrial transformation, and re-expedition by port again like a
finished product.  We developed a module to carry out import logistic
control process, so we can resolve this issue by extending this module
for on-land and export operations, but I'm wondering how OpenERP can
manage:

1.  WMS, for detailed operations and load positions into warehouse, more
detailed than localizations.
2.  Invoice clients by warehouse positions of the load.  We're studying
a module by Khali to invoice suscription services that could help.

For the first point I've think in develop a new module for specified
into "Stock Management/Internal Move" warehouse positions, so when load
is moving into ground position to warehouse furniture we can input this
data.

By running periodical inventory can get daily warehouse positions by
client, so the accountman can run a wizard to create invoices and
reports.

¿What is the point of discussion about WMS in OpenERP? ¿What ideas do
you have?
