[Bug 927647] [NEW] Average price is not updated when the UoM changes

In v6.0 and trunk, if you change the default unit of measure of a product, the average price is not updated.
Example using the demo data:
- Open product "WOOD002"
- set costing method to Average Price = the cost price is 5€
- change the default UoM to Km : the cost price is unchanged.
