I suggest it should be read-only in all states. Each value of the field 
normally corresponds to a distinct view with customized buttons.
Also, changing this value makes the picking "move" from one menu to the 
other. You can't expect users to understand what's going on in this case.

  Stock: shipping type should be hidden or readonly

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In 6.0 up to current trunk, the extended view has the field "shipping type" available for read/write in the "additional info" of receptions and deliveries.
  This should be hidden because the context makes it quite clear if this is a reception, delivery or internal move.
  If it's still displayed for a reason or another, it should at least be for read only, because changing it will have unexpected results such as not updating the average price on receptions.
