As far as I understand it: those files are generated late in the build
process but are needed earlier because we are double building the
code: the first time with ecj and the second time with openjdk. This
is a chicken and egg problem and that is why icedtea is just shipping
the generated files.

We want to keep that for compatibility with Ubuntu dapper and it does
not hurd for Lenny anyway.
