Bug#491563: current openjdk-6 packages fail to build

the current packages fail to build using the openjdk-6 in the archive, or using
the ecj based bootstrap. Didn't find the reason yet. The symptom is a failure
running the mauve tests (but the jtreg harness tests fail as well).
