Alice 2.0 for linux

Jogl natives for amd64
http://download.java.net/media/jogl/builds/archive/jsr-231-1.0.0/jogl-natives-linux-amd64.jar
Jogl that comes with Alice is linux-i586 so I replace
Alice/Required/jogl/linux-i586/* with the *.so of jogl-natives-linux-
amd64.jar.
Then I run ./run-alice
Which binaries are you referring too if not those used?
