a cyclic dependency is not a problem. you are using the openjdk from the
openjdk PPA, which has a dependency on the new ca-certificates-java
currently in the upload queue.

Bug description:
when trying to install openjdk-6-jre-headless it tried to install ca-certificates-java, which also depends on  openjdk-6-jre-headless. thus  openjdk-6-jre-headless or openjdk cannot be installed on Intrepid (apt-get update-d today).
