I can confirm this issue. A workaround for me was to uninstall package
* icedtea6-plugin
and to install
* sun-java6-plugin

Hi,

i have latest Jaunty AMD64 (close to Alpha6) running. To reproduce go to http://javafx.com and try to run the "interesting photos" or "simple videoplayer" examples.  For me the applets either stuck at the loading screen or only show a grey box after confirming that i want to show the applet (Security question).

Don't know if it is supposed to work at all. But i couldn't find anything regarding JavaFX...
