Bug description:
installing a java plugin for one's browsers, through synaptic, creates *three* menu entries. One in Apps>Internet, two in Sys>Prefs.
This is not good design, pretty much everyone who installs the java plugin just needs it for some webpages. It does not make sense outside of a browser window, and having this Java java java everywhere in the menus is visual bloat. Java programmers surely can figure out how to run java as they please, but for regular users, I don't see why there should be menu entries that are never used.
