Bug#537329: Unable to start java applications (openjdk-6-jre)

Package: openjdk-6-jre
Version: 6b16-4

When I attempted to start several java applications (freemind (version
from repository), eclipse (sid version)) this was the output of my
attempt:

Panic! Error while loading default properties.
X Error of failed request: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window
parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 55 (X_CreateGC)
Resource id in failed request: 0xab
Serial number of failed request: 2
Current serial number in output stream: 3

I was testing these application even with sun-java-[56]-jre but with the
same results.
Also I've tested with or without Composite|GLX extension.

kernel:
linux-image-2.6.30-1-686: 2.6.30-2

X environment:
xserver-xorg-video-intel: 2:2.7.1-1
xserver-xorg: 1:7.4+3
