Bug description:
OpenJDK opens windows at the center of the entire desktop - not the center of the active screen as the window manager indicates. I believe openjdk needs to be compiled with xinerama support, or perhaps allow the window manager to place windows.
To reproduce, just run:
javaws http://www.soapui.org/jnlp/2.0.2/soapui.jnlp
and watch the windows popup in between screens.
