[Bug 205442] Re: Iced Tea installation does not allow choice
marking this as won't fix. New installations come by default with
openjdk-6, and normally no other java implementation is needed.

Status in “openjdk-6” package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix
Bug description:
Hi,
[Hardy up-to-date, Sun Java 6 installed]
When installing Iced Tea (proposed in Adept without any special action), I was not asked for a choice between Sun Java and Iced Tea.
(Some softwares do experience issues with IT... GeoGebra e.g.)
So I uninstalled ITea, and again I was not asked for a VM choice. No Java was usable before some well known command lines on Java version.
It would be nice that, like kdm/gdm, the user is asked for a choice in Adept.
Thanks
