The system doesn't work no matter the repository trying to use.
I have the same bug on another machine amd64 platform.

Then, when I look into Help -> Software Updates -> Manage configuration I can see that "Equinox p2 provisioning" component has status "The feature is not configured properly." and Reason: "Plug-in "org.sat4j.core" version "2.1.1.v20091118" referenced by this feature is missing.

When I look into folder /usr/lib/eclipse/plugins/ I can see that those plugins files are symlinks. (I'm providing this information because maybe the eclipse java environment is configured to not to follow symplinks.
Another notion: "Manage configuration" shows many different inactive components apart of "Equinox p2 provisioning" in my installation.
