Hi,
I could finally track the IPv6 issue of eclipse to this package. It
seems to be a bug of commons-httpclient. The following code
import org.apache.commons.httpclient.*;
import org.apache.commons.httpclient.methods.*;
class Http {
public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
HttpClient client = new HttpClient();
GetMethod method = new GetMethod(args[0]);
int statusCode = client.executeMethod(method);
if (statusCode != HttpStatus.SC_OK) {
System.err.println("Method failed: " + method.getStatusLine());
}
}
}
fails with net.ipv6.bindv6only=1 but works with net.ipv6.bindv6only=0.
