[Bug 581593] Re: Eclipse closes arbitrarily and continously [SIGSEGV in libplds4.so]
this is a locally installed version of eclipse installing it's own
xulrunner binaries. please recheck if the problem is reproducible with
the eclipse version distributed by Ubuntu.
you may want to report the problem where you downloaded this version of
eclipse

Status in “eclipse” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete
Bug description:
hs_err_pid is attached. This error happens at arbitrary times but always while some event is triggered (mouse clicked, keyboard hit). It only happens with the eclipse from the repositories, not with manually installed ones.
I think the bug is valid even though I am using LinuxMint 8 Helena not directly karmic.
