Thanks!  I can reproduce the same using chromium 14.0.835.163~r101024-1,
too, also on amd64 (trying icedtea-plugin for the first time).  Using
the appletviewer utility directly works fine.  Marking as grave since
it seems that this version of the icedtea-plugin package is unusable
on all browsers.
