Root cause of this exception is not into icedtea-plugin but in openjdk-6 
package. It has been fixed in 6b23~pre10-1 upload.

Could you please retest with this release ? I'm closing this issue now, but 
feel free to reopen if you can reproduce it with openjdk-6-jre >= 6b23~pre10-1
