  Window controls on java applications invisible and non-existent.

Bug description:
  Hi all,
  I've found in raring that there are no window controls visible in the window bar for Java applications. I've tested using Oracle's Java 7 and 8 versions as well as OpenJDK and the bug is present in all three.
  UPDATE:
  Tested KDE and window controls are present, this appears to be a bug in Unity.
