  RMI Bug makes JVM Crash

Bug description:
  Using a 3rd party application that connects to a tomcat serving using JMX to collect metrics make my tomcat server crash.
  Problem couldn't be reproduced when using Oracle JDK.

  Tomcat version: 7.0
