Build-Depends cannot be fulfilled in precise

Status in openjdk-8 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  See
  https://launchpad.net/~mirabilos/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+build/6722491

libnss3-dev (>= 2:3.17.1) cannot be fulfilled in precise:

  (pbuild10655)root@tglase:/tmp/openjdk-8-8u40~b09# apt-cache policy libnss3-dev
  libnss3-dev:
    Installed: (none)
    Candidate: 3.17.1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1
    Version table:
       3.17.1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1 0
          500 http://ftp.hosteurope.de/mirror/archive.ubuntu.com/ precise-security/main amd64 Packages
       3.13.1.with.ckbi.1.88-1ubuntu6 0
          500 http://ftp.hosteurope.de/mirror/archive.ubuntu.com/ precise/main amd64 Packages

I’ve looked at old-releases.u.c and fixed the relationship for precise
  and quantal. Patch anbei.
