[Bug 1509080] Re: global menu bar doesn't work for IntelliJ Idea
So this seems to be intentional as a fix for #1441487
adding this to .xinitrc seems to be a workaround:
export JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS="-javaagent:/usr/share/java/jayatanaag.jar
$JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS"

Ubuntu's killer feature doesn't work in Ubuntu 15.10 in Java applications.
Please help, as it critical for me: as the java developer i use those apps on daily basis.
