[Bug 1564587] [NEW] eclipse cpp mars 2 has a high cpu load and memory leak

1. Download eclipse-cpp-mars-2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
2. start a c++ test project

Eclipse is in standby
*java process has a cpu load of 100% on one cpu
*Eclipse response is slowly  
*memory of java process increasing fast after 10 Minute run time 645MB
