I was trying to install all the build deps mentioned at this page:
https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Build_for_scorpion

Instead of openjdk-7-jdk and openjdk-7-jre I chose openjdk-9-jdk and
openjdk-9-jre and that's when this error occured.
